Amaizing Maze

Sunday, August 31 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The beginning of the fall season in a rural village meant all hands on deck! Now’s the time of year that families can help us harvest the sunflowers, pumpkins, and potatoes that we planted earlier in the year, check out how to preserve and pickle foods, head to the fields to see a threshing demonstration (you won’t believe it until you see it!), and then find your way through our corn maze. Throughout the day you’ll learn about the progress of nutritionally balanced diets, agricultural production, and the importance of farming from the 1930s to today. Cost: Adults - $7, Seniors and Students - $5, Families (two adults 2 adults and all of your children under 18 years) - $18,
