Puppets Up Festival- Win Tickets Now!

August 8-10th 2014 in Almonte


Puppets Up is a family friendly show with fun for all ages. Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, the Festival is all about fun and the magical impact of puppets and will feature shows by professional puppet troupes from Canada, the U.S.A., Italy, and Switzerland. This year's theme is “Happy Birthday”.This takes place on Main St in Almonte (just a short drive from Ottawa) .Tickets are required for the shows. A ticket (wristband) allows you into all the theatre shows. Tickets (wristbands) are $20 for adults and $10 for kids. Kids under 3 are free. There is a daily parade at 1:45 which is free along with the street entertainment. The festival also has a wonderful market and refreshments from food vendors and restaurants.

    We attended this festival 2 summers ago and thought it was fantastic! Unfortunately we didn't make it last summer but would love to this year! As for getting a massage at the baby show... I won't be making it this year.
