The Log Farm is a hidden gem right in the city!! Right of Cedarview and Greenbank is this great family adventure.
On Wednesday from 10am-12pm is TODDLER TIME AT THE FARM. For ages 0-6 and their moms,dads, grandmas, grandpas or caregivers.
$5 admission (under 1 is free)
Play in corn
Check out the cows, goats, pigs, chickens, goats and horses
and of course the cat!
Take a walk to Heron Pond, try to spot the Heron
Explore how farms used to look and work
Check out the toddler areas with playdoh, playsets, puzzles, books, and the gross play area with cars, bubbles, large games and more!!
Don't forget to bring a picnic and have a snack or some lunch. What a wonderful way to spend the morning.
FRIDAY FAMILY DAY from 9am-3pm
Saturday - FARMERS MARKERT - 9am-2pm (no admission to the market- no pets allowed)
Come and do your shopping in a beautiful setting, get some local products from vegetables, berries, honey, maple syrup, hot sauces, jellies and jams, sunflower oil, bread, meat, eggs, ready made meals, cookies tarts and pies, samosas, wine, jewellery, hand made furniture and so much more!!! The Grill will be serving breakfast and lunch, fried egg sandwich, sausage, hot dogs and hamburgers. Then take a walk up to the farm to visit with the animals and take a self guided tour around the homestead. Enjoy the nature trails and games field.
