Meet the Instructor: Gabrielle Archer

Being a mother herself, Gabrielle has found her niche in teaching children's, prenatal, and various types of family based yoga for over 3 years. Having a deep empathy for new mothers in the stresses they go through physically and emotionally. She has brought together her wealth of knowledge in the areas of parenting, anataomy and yoga to create a unique yoga experience for yoga and children alike.

Classes will be run at UMTBC Lifestyle Center.
