Mommy and Baby Yoga at FAB Baby Gear

Our Mom and Baby Yoga classes will be re-starting on Thursday, November 27th @ 9:30am and will go until 10:30am. Classes will be every Thursday following the 27th from now on.

Classes led by Gabrielle Archer of the UMTBC Lifestyle Centre who has been teaching Yoga to children , pre and post natal moms and families for over 3 years.
- Certified 200 HR HATHA , YIN, ASHTAGA and TUNE UP Teacher

Raise their energy through breathing, postures, gentle movement and yoga therapy massage balls.
